I am Dr Anu Agarwal, Ph.D in Food Nutrition & Dietetics, presently working as a Clinical Dietitian in a very critical field that is Oncology Nutrition.
I want to work at the grassroots level for every person and their family so that with the help of proper diet and nutrition, I can fulfil my dream of a disease-free India. I believe that if out of 365 days of the year, if we improve our daily routine and diet by only 1% every day, then it is 365 per cent of the year.
