Joining a diet program under a qualified dietitian means that, now you can keep yourself far from so many diseases and never need to go to doctors/ or taking medicines. I believe that our first treatment should be nutrition therapy which is sustainable without any complications. Health: means a person, who is a free-form illness, feel healthy physically and mentally, taking a good sleep, balancing water intake, & food intake according to our activities like sitting hours, working hours and exercise hours. 

P.S.: In this versatile land (India) we can see, so many different aspects of food. Dr. Anu Agrawal educates you to eat traditional, according to our culture, our religion, our locality, according to the season, and according to our economic status so that after connecting with us you will be self able to plan your food plate, balance your nutritional requirement and also learn how to manage our timing and decide portion size & portion control. Overall we should "Go back to our basics".

The idea of balanced nutrition & exercise is directly related to everyone's health, longevity, well being & the ability to heal agelessly. So, I do work to stay healthy lives, balanced & body tuned according to the individual's requirements.
