Recipe-
Ingridients and Amount:
Sabja seeds - 1tsp
Freshly cut Mint leaves - 4-5
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon powder / bark - <1/4 tsp or 1/2 inch of bark
Black pepper powder - <1/4 tsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Water- 1.5 cups
Tea powder - <1/4 tsp
Fresh lemon juice - 1/2 tsp or according to taste.
How to make:
*Take sabja seeds or you can chia seeds also, wash them properly and sock in a glass of water for an hour of making tea.
Now,
Take a fresh drinking water, add tea powder and boil.
Add cloves, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder take one boil, off the flame and cover with lid for 2 minutes.
In the meantime, Take a cup, and add lemon juice, honey, sabja seeds and mint leaves.
Now, take off the lid and pour the prepared tea water into a cup, mix well and drink.
Recommendations-
No more than 2 small cups in a day.
Avoid taking it with meals and just after and before of meal.
After 1/2 hour of breakfast is the best time to drink.
