Recipe-

Ingridients and Amount:

  1. Sabja seeds - 1tsp

  2. Freshly cut Mint leaves - 4-5

  3. Cloves - 2

  4. Cinnamon powder / bark - <1/4 tsp or 1/2 inch of bark

  5. Black pepper powder - <1/4 tsp

  6. Honey - 1 tsp

  7. Water- 1.5 cups

  8. Tea powder - <1/4 tsp

  9. Fresh lemon juice - 1/2 tsp or according to taste.

How to make:

*Take sabja seeds or you can chia seeds also, wash them properly and sock in a glass of water for an hour of making tea.

Now,

  • Take a fresh drinking water, add tea powder and boil.

  • Add cloves, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder take one boil, off the flame and cover with lid for 2 minutes.

  • In the meantime, Take a cup, and add lemon juice, honey, sabja seeds and mint leaves.

  • Now, take off the lid and pour the prepared tea water into a cup, mix well and drink.

Recommendations-

  • No more than 2 small cups in a day.

  • Avoid taking it with meals and just after and before of meal.

  • After 1/2 hour of breakfast is the best time to drink.

  • Shows the best results for weight loss early in the morning.
